About the Role
They're looking for a hands-on Product Lead to drive product vision, strategy, and execution. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional digital experiences, working closely with design, development, and marketing teams to scale the platform and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences across web and app platforms.
• Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Champion user needs and data-driven decision-making to optimise engagement and retention.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and product launches.

• 7+ years in product management, ideally in a DTC subscription or digital product environment.
• Proven success in launching products and driving business growth.
• Strong experience in Agile development and iterative product cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Passion for health, wellness, and creating meaningful user experiences.
