Field Marketer

Renuity, a national leader in home remodeling, seeks a Field Marketer to drive homeowner leads for bath, window, door, and other renovation projects. In this on-site role, you'll represent Renuity at neighborhoods, retail locations, and local events, engaging homeowners, explaining our solutions, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. You'll execute field campaigns, hit daily/weekly lead goals, and accurately track results. Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven, with experience in field marketing, canvassing, or event-based promotion. Responsibilities

• Generate qualified homeowner leads through neighborhood, retail, and event-based outreach
• Represent Renuity professionally and clearly explain remodeling solutions to prospects
• Schedule in-home or virtual appointments for the sales team, meeting daily and weekly lead goals
• Execute field marketing campaigns, including canvassing and event support, in assigned territories
• Accurately capture lead data and update CRM or tracking tools in a timely manner
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads and strong customer experience
• Monitor field performance and provide feedback on messaging, territories, and events
• Maintain Renuity brand standards, materials, and professionalism in all public interactions
