The Role • Define and execute the short- to mid-term AI strategy for Lead to Cash processes. • Drive AI integration across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to enhance efficiency and provide intelligent insights. • Develop AI-powered Lead to Cash tools that address real process pain points and deliver measurable operational gains. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, identify AI automation opportunities, and accelerate revenue cycles. • Define KPIs for AI adoption within Lead to Cash workflows and demonstrate business value. • Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners for cutting-edge integrations. What You'll Need • 8+ years in product management, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products. • Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments. • Deep understanding of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes and AI/ML technologies. • Expertise in enterprise AI platforms and cloud-based AI services. • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and AI governance. • Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and driving AI adoption.
