Grants Project Specialist (Data Reconciliation & Excel)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Grants Project Specialist to support grant data reconciliation efforts for a Rhode Island state agency.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data reconciliation or financial analysis.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with federal grants.
• Experience with Workday or another ERP system.
• Government or public sector experience is a plus.
