Job Summary :

We are seeking a Lead Java AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AI solution design and delivery. The ideal candidate will lead the development of AI-powered applications and conversational solutions while mentoring engineering teams.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Lead AI engineering initiatives and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain Node.js/TypeScript-based microservices.
• Hands-on expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, Gemini, and emerging AI frameworks/patterns.
• Understanding of IVR technologies, Voice Bots, and Conversational AI.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Knowledge of voice flow design, call routing, and contact center technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions.
