The Role • Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions. • Represent the company in a consultative sales role, supported by strong installation teams. • Focus on providing industry-leading warranties and fast turnaround times for clients. • Engage with company-generated, pre-set leads, eliminating the need for cold-calling or canvassing. • Leverage provided tools and support to close sales effectively. • Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach at all times. What You'll Need • Prior residential in-home sales experience. • Proven ability to close sales in a single visit is strongly preferred. • HVAC knowledge is preferred; required in some locations. • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Must pass a background check and drug screening. • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
