1. Minimum 4 years'' experience as a detail‐oriented Interior Components and Systems development lead (e.g., hard trim, soft trim, IP, door trims, consoles, headliners, etc.)
2. Minimum 4 years of knowledge and understanding of automotive interior components and systems, industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier capabilities
3. Minimum 4 years'' experience creating, improving, or establishing technical product specifications and timelines to support accelerated development toward SOP

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience as a detail‐oriented Interior Components and Systems development lead (e.g., hard trim, soft trim, IP, door trims, consoles, headliners, etc.) • Knowledge and understanding of automotive interior components and systems, industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier capabilities
• Experience creating, improving, or establishing technical product specifications and timelines to support accelerated development toward SOP
• Proficiency in CAD for 2D/3D concept drawings, interior components and systems, packaging layouts, and DFM studies (CATIA V5/V6 preferred)
• Vehicle and product launch experience

Education

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
