Role Overview:

• Responsible for developing and executing the company's investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder value, strengthen investor confidence, and ensure effective communication of the company's business strategy, financial performance, growth opportunities, and long-term value creation journey.
• The role will act as a strategic bridge between the company's leadership team, institutional investors, equity analysts, shareholders, and the broader capital markets ecosystem.
• The incumbent will provide insights on investor expectations, market perception, valuation drivers, and emerging trends to support informed decision-making by the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a proactive IR strategy aligned with the company's long-term business objectives and capital market expectations.
• Investor & Analyst Engagement
• Financial Communication & Disclosure Management.
• Monitor investor sentiment, analyst expectations, peer performance, valuation trends, and sector developments.
• Annual Report and AGM preps.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / equivalent qualification preferred

Experience:

• 10-12 years of experience across Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategy, or Capital Markets.
• Experience managing relationships with institutional investors and equity analysts.
• Prior experience in a listed company environment preferred.
• Exposure to healthcare/pharmaceutical sector is advantageous.
