The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations. • Conduct a variety of services including maintenance, repairs, and checks on a range of light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Work autonomously, making informed decisions to resolve customer issues effectively. • Represent the company with professionalism and provide a high standard of customer service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
