Job Description

Global Partners LP, a diversified energy leader in the Northeast, is seeking a Salesforce Lead to drive Sales & Business Development excellence across our Energy & Utilities portfolio. In this role, you will own our Salesforce roadmap, partnering with sales, marketing, and operations to design and enhance scalable CRM solutions that support fuel distribution and terminal/gas station businesses. You will lead configuration, integrations, data quality, analytics, and user training, while championing best practices that support a culture of safety, integrity, innovation, and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the Salesforce strategy and roadmap for Sales & Business Development.
  • Design, configure, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and govern Salesforce data quality, security, and metadata management.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to translate requirements into CRM capabilities.
  • Oversee integrations between Salesforce and key enterprise systems and tools.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to drive pipeline visibility and decision-making.
  • Promote user adoption through training, documentation, and support.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, standards, and governance.
  • Collaborate with IT and external partners on major enhancements and projects.
  • Continuously evaluate new Salesforce features and apps to support innovation and growth.
