We're Hiring: E-commerce & Communication Manager (Junior)

Location: Adjacent to MG Road, Near Chhatarpur Metro Station, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills & experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized E-commerce & Communication Manager (Junior) to join our team.

Whether you're a fresher eager to build your career or have up to 1 year of experience, we'd love to hear from you! This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, e-commerce, customer communication, and operations.

Preferred: Candidates from NIFT or Pearl Academy, especially with a background in Fashion Communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer communications before and after purchase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

️ Handle Shopify backend and website management.

Manage product launches on the website.

Coordinate online and offline order management, tracking, and follow-ups.

Build and manage relationships with PR agencies, bloggers, overseas buyers, MBOs, and third-party vendors.

Create order sheets, buyer line sheets, look-books, and manage customized client orders.

Maintain website and store inventory accurately.

Coordinate with merchandising, production, and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.

Assist with social media postings and customer queries.

Support customers at the physical store and maintain visual merchandising (VM).

Desired Candidate Profile

️ Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.

️ Excellent command of English (written & spoken).

️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

️ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

️ Self-motivated, proactive, and deadline-driven.

️ Strong multitasking and planning abilities.

️ Team player with a positive attitude.

️ Exposure to the fashion industry is an added advantage.
