You will support the Group HR Managers and the Head of HR and In-House Legal across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records, HR databases and confidential documentation
  • Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documents
  • Supporting recruitment, including interview scheduling and reference checks
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing absence, holiday and attendance records
  • Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting payroll coordination
  • Producing HR reports covering headcount, turnover, onboarding and compliance
  • Assisting with performance reviews, training and development administration
  • Ensuring HR processes comply with UK employment legislation and company policies
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider HR team

About you

Essential requirements:

  • Two to three years’ HR administration experience gained within the UK
  • A good working knowledge of UK employment law and current employment practices

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and professionally
