BSS Architect

Your new company You will be working for a leading Telco company based in Sydney CBD.

Position Overview

You will play a key role in the evolution of customer-facing products and platforms, with a strong focus on BSS, CRM, middleware and digital channel integration. Working on strategic initiatives including consumer product enhancements and early upgrade programs, you'll be responsible for designing enterprise-scale solutions that span digital channels, assisted service channels, CRM platforms and integration services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Solution Architect within a large enterprise environment.
• Strong experience within the telecommunications industry.
• Deep understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS).
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Siebel CRM (highly preferred) and/or Salesforce.
• Experience designing solutions involving middleware and API management platforms, including Apigee.
• Knowledge of customer, product, billing and order management systems.
