BJAK is hiring applied AI engineers to build AI-native systems for its neobank app. You will create AI assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and document handling, turning manual processes into scalable AI-enabled workflows.

You will work with product and engineering to identify valuable features, ship quickly, and improve reliability while considering accuracy, latency, cost, and security.
