ROLE OVERVIEW

Seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Lead to design and architect an Insurance Quality Audit solution in Salesforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture
  • Create comprehensive Technical Solution Blueprint and High-Level Design (HLD) documents
  • Define data models, integration patterns, and system architecture
  • Lead technical and functional discovery sessions with client stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices and governance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills:

  • 15+ years of Salesforce implementation and architecture experience
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Platform, Integration Patterns, Sales Cloud , Apex, LWC, OmniStudio and BRE
  • 5+ years in insurance industry (P&C, Life, or Health)
  • Knowledge of Insurance regulatory compliance requirements
  • Expertise in data modeling and integration architecture
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, platform events and middleware platforms
  • Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams and technical documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
