Job Details:

Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Required/desired skills:

*) Define scalable ServiceNow technical solutions that align with business workflows, security requirements, and platform best practices.

*) Manage the ServiceNow development lifecycle, including configuration, scripting, release readiness, code reviews, and environment governance.

*) Oversee ServiceNow integration design and troubleshooting for Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP-driven case creation, updates, notifications, and workflow orchestration.

*) Proficiency in JavaScript, REST / SOAP APIs, ServiceNow platform architecture, and core modules.

*) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are often required.

*) Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, environment governance, release readiness, upgrades, and platform support.
