The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location. • Perform a variety of services including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Represent the company with pride, providing advice and delivering first-class service. • Handle diverse challenges and think on your feet to make the right decisions for each customer. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Working knowledge of a range of light vehicle types. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong customer service and communication skills.
