We're hiring a Security Site Supervisor to lead and support a team of Security Officers at a busy retail property in Lake Grove, NY. Position Highlights

Your Schedule

• Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do

• Lead, supervise, and support Security Officers during daily operations.
• Conduct routine foot patrols and maintain a visible, professional presence.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies using sound judgment.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate with site management and help ensure officers follow established procedures.
• Promote a safe, welcoming environment through professionalism and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of security experience.
• An active New York State Security Guard License.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete written reports.
• Ability to walk and stand throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and availability for the listed schedule.
