The Role • Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth initiatives within rehabilitation hospital settings. • Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth. • Foster a culture centered on patient safety and care excellence. • Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team. • Develop strategies aligned with the organization's mission to deliver exceptional patient and family outcomes. • Monitor critical numbers and progress towards growth goals. What You'll Need • Minimum 2 years' experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare setting. • Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred. • Proven track record in leading, managing, or direct sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare. • Understanding of physician relations, case management, and managed care. • Knowledge of the local healthcare market is a plus. • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
