Reactive IT Support Technician - Grow with Tech Experts

Ever Nimble is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Reactive Support team in the Southport office. The role involves providing first and second line technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring high quality customer service.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in IT support, be comfortable working independently, and communicate clearly with clients. On site visits and travel to client sites are expected as needed.
