LOCATION & WORKING PATTERN

• Leeds
• Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in office

REMUNERATION

• Salary £50k
• Bonus to 10% of salary

WHAT SUCCESS IN THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Within your first 12 months, you will have:

• Successfully delivered a portfolio of strategic projects
• Built credibility with senior stakeholders, and implemented improvements that enhance operational performance, customer outcomes and business efficiency.
• Become recognised as a trusted delivery partner, bringing together diverse teams, navigating complexity and ensuring project achieve their intended outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for an ambitious person with a proven record of success and with:

• Proven project management experience delivering multiple projects from inception to implementation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, risks, resources and project governance
• Ability to influence at all levels and drive projects to successful outcomes
• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent qualification desirable
• Experience of technology, operational improvement or business change projects would be advantageous
