## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to serve as the primary liaison between our client and Technical Project Team . The ideal candidate will be based in or near **Jacksonville, FL** and work onsite. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate project execution while ensuring alignment between client expectations and Our delivery teams.

## Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for our client.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal project teams.

* Coordinate project planning, execution, status reporting, and issue resolution.

* Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings with client and offshore/onshore teams.

* Gather business and technical requirements and ensure they are communicated effectively to delivery teams.

* Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.

* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.

* Provide regular status updates, executive reports, and project dashboards to leadership.

* Coordinate change requests and manage project scope in collaboration with stakeholders.

* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

* Escalate critical issues proactively and drive them to closure.

* Support UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation activities as needed.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and Client Business Teams.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

* 8+ years of Project Management experience in IT related projects.

* Proven experience managing client-facing projects and acting as a liaison between customers and delivery teams.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

* Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

* PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with transportation, rail, logistics, or infrastructure projects.

* Familiarity with enterprise application implementations and system integrations.

* Experience working with global delivery teams.
