Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer position located out of Viramgam, Ahmedabad. The Chief Financial Officer will lead and oversee all financial operations, including strategic financial planning, Digital Transformation, budgeting, forecasting, New Projects. Core responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing financial reporting processes. The role also involves providing data-driven insights to support decision-making, ensuring financial health, and contributing to the company's overall growth. Supporting the current Change management and new projects.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Planning, budgeting, and strategic forecasting
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong background in Finance and understanding of financial regulations
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Leadership experience in financial roles demonstrating sound decision-making and risk management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CA or MBA is a must)
  • Familiarity with technological advancements and ERP systems in finance
  • Capability to oversee compliance and ensure alignment with global financial practices
  • international Exposure if any
