Are you passionate about building strategic partnerships that create both business growth and meaningful social impact? We are hiring a Manager - Business Development & Distribution for a leading institution in the digital learning and higher education space.

Location: Bengaluru

About the Role

This is a strategic business development role focused on expanding the reach of high-quality learning programmes through institutional partnerships. You will be responsible for driving revenue through commercial alliances while also building partnerships that improve access to education across public and government learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with corporates, industry bodies, accelerators, universities, and ecosystem partners.
  • Own partnership-driven revenue targets and ensure successful execution of signed alliances.
  • Expand learning programmes through public platforms, government initiatives, and skilling ecosystems.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across industries including fintech, healthcare, aviation, startups, and professional education.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify market opportunities and shape future learning offerings.
  • Track partnership performance and ensure measurable business and learner outcomes.

Preferred Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or consultative business development.
  • Proven track record of originating, negotiating, and managing institutional partnerships that have delivered measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working with government platforms, skilling initiatives, higher education institutions, industry associations, or the development sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
