The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location. • Conduct a variety of services including diagnostics, repairs, and checks on light vehicles. • Manage your own stock and complete customer service reports. • Represent the organisation by providing exceptional customer service and advice. • Adapt to a dynamic work environment with daily variations in tasks and customer interactions. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles. • A valid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
