Job Summary
  • Seeking an experienced Snowflake Data Lead with strong Python expertise to lead large-scale enterprise data initiatives.
  • The role involves designing and implementing ETL pipelines, managing data ingestion, and ensuring high data quality and integrity within Snowflake environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale enterprise data projects on Snowflake cloud platforms.
  • Develop ETL pipelines using Snowflake SQL.
  • Perform data ingestion by extracting data from multiple file formats such as CSV, JSON, and XML.
  • Implement data validation and transformation logic to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Required Skills
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, including:
    • Writing complex queries
    • Developing stored procedures
    • Creating user-defined functions (UDFs)
  • Proficiency in:
    • Python (must have hands-on project experience)
    • SQL
    • SnowSQL
  • Solid understanding of ETL concepts and processes.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level data platforms.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of insurance domain concepts.
  • Familiarity with any ETL tools.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience (typically 10+ years) as a Technical Lead on enterprise data projects.
  • Proven ability to work with Snowflake and Python in production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
