Job Description

We are looking for the two Oracle EBS HCM experts for the engagement.
Hiring: Oracle EBS HCM Experts (Technical & Functional)
Project Requirement
We are looking for 2 experienced Oracle EBS HCM consultants to support critical Oracle HCM enhancements, legislative changes, patch testing, retroactive payroll processing, and production issue resolution.

1. Oracle EBS HCM Technical Expert
Role Summary
The Oracle EBS HCM Technical Expert will be responsible for analyzing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting Oracle EBS HCM customizations impacted by new legislative requirements, Oracle patches, and payroll-related enhancements. The consultant will work closely with functional teams to resolve application issues and ensure system stability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and implement Oracle EBS HCM technical changes related to regulatory and legislative requirements, including support for the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA).
  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formula technical components.
  • Support and troubleshoot FLSA Fast Formula configurations and calculations.
  • Resolve issues related to retroactive payroll functionality.
  • Perform impact assessments of Oracle patches and upgrades.
  • Execute and support patch testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Investigate and fix errors in existing customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports.
  • Troubleshoot Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR integrations.
  • Support production incidents and provide root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of Oracle EBS HCM technical experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Oracle EBS HRMS
    • Oracle Payroll
    • Fast Formula
    • PL/SQL
    • Oracle Reports
    • XML Publisher
    • Workflow
    • AOL
  • Experience supporting FLSA calculations and payroll compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with retroactive payroll processing.
  • Proven experience in patch impact analysis and testing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for custom Oracle EBS developments.
  • Experience with interfaces and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting legislative payroll changes.
  • Oracle HRMS technical certification.
  • Experience in large-scale Oracle EBS production support environments.
2. Oracle EBS HCM Senior Functional Expert
Role Summary
The Oracle EBS HCM Senior Functional Expert will lead functional analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and business validation activities across Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll. The consultant will ensure compliance with regulatory changes and provide expertise in payroll processing and Oracle HCM best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functional design and implementation activities for Oracle EBS HCM.
  • Analyze business impacts of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) and drive necessary Oracle HCM configuration changes.
  • Review and validate FLSA Fast Formula requirements and payroll calculations.
  • Configure and support retroactive payroll functionality.
  • Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and customizations.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and patch validation testing activities.
  • Perform impact assessments for Oracle patches and fixes.
  • Work with technical teams to resolve issues in existing customizations.
  • Provide guidance on Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation processes.
  • Support production issues and stakeholder communications.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of Oracle EBS HCM functional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle HRMS Functional Certification.
  • Experience supporting US Payroll and legislative compliance initiatives.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or large enterprise environments.
