Gardener

The successful candidate will become a valued member of the Parks and Cleansing Grounds Maintenance, delivering high‑quality green‑space services across parks, cemeteries, school grounds and housing estates. This is a 12‑month contract role with the possibility of permanent employment. The post requires flexibility in working hours, the ability to work in all weather conditions, and a willingness to undertake weekend football duties to support local sport and community events.

Full time - Temporary for 12 months.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Willingness to work in inclement weather conditions
• Full driving licence (desirable)
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour

• Competence in safely operating powered garden tools and machinery
