In this role, you'll:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable balancing business analysis and project management responsibilities to help drive successful outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to analyse complex business requirement, and translate them into clear, testable technical solutions that improve services for our customers and communities.

You will:

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Develop process maps, user stories, data models, and acceptance criteria
  • Assess system integrations, APIs, data flows, and technology solutions.
  • Support testing, defect resolution, change impact assessments, and release readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with onsite and offshore delivery teams.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
  • Coordinate activities across business and technology teams to ensure delivery milestones and project objectives are achieved.
  • Proven experience undertaking Business Analysis and Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead responsibilities concurrently.
  • Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving delivery outcomes within Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Highly delivery focus with the ability to drive projects through to completion, ensuring milestones are achieved and implementation occurs smoothly and on schedule.
  • Knowledge of process modelling, data analysis, integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience working within large, complex organisations or government environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

We have 1 X Permanent and 1 X Fixed term role till 31/2027.
