Position: IT Support Coordinator

Compensation: $ 30 - 45 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Coordinator to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the bridge between technical teams and office locations. In this role, you'll support infrastructure and desktop projects, coordinate with multiple groups, and help keep field and office operations running smoothly. It's a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, communicates well across different audiences, and enjoys making an impact through strong coordination and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate IT projects across office and field locations
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business users
• Support PC refresh and infrastructure-related initiatives
• Track project progress and keep stakeholders informed
• Help resolve issues after technology rollouts
• Travel to support multiple office locations as needed
• Build strong relationships across diverse teams
• Support smooth adoption of new technology changes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical support or IT coordination experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfort working with different teams and personalities
• Ability to de-escalate concerns professionally
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%
• Must be able to work onsite in Houston

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting infrastructure or desktop projects
• Background in drilling or upstream operations
• Previous experience in a liaison or project coordination role
• Familiarity with field office environments
