Summary of Work 
Community Transit is looking for onsite IT support resources to help supplement Technology Services staff during 
several projects scheduled for August and September 2026. 
Work will primarily include deployment of Dell Wyse all-in-one thin clients, equipment staging and preparation, 
workspace moves, workstation installations, hardware configuration, peripheral setup, and general end-user support 
in a Microsoft Windows-based environment. Resources may also be asked to assist with other related technical 
activities as project needs dictate.
The selected resource(s) will work under the direction of Community Transit Technology Services staff and will be 
expected to perform work onsite at Community Transit facilities throughout Snohomish County. The onsite work 
location will primarily be Community Transit Cascade Building
