Must-Have Skills

• 13+ years of DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
• Enterprise production container platforms
• Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting
• Terraform, Ansible or equivalent automation
• Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions
• GitOps / Argo CD
• DevSecOps and CI/CD security scanning
• Strong Python / Shell scripting
• Monitoring & Observability – Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk

Preferred

• CKA / CKAD / CKS
• Red Hat OpenShift / Ansible Automation Platform
• Trivy, Snyk, Aqua, SonarQube, Clair, Anchore
• Cloud / Hybrid Infrastructure
• Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, IBM MQ
• Vault, Consul, CDN/Edge technologies
• VM-to-Container migration experience
• Large-scale Enterprise / Retail / E-commerce experience
