Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise data initiatives that drive business, regulatory, and operational outcomes. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, keep delivery on track, and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and readiness across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, RAID logs, action items, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate execution across multiple concurrent data and technology workstreams, ensuring deliverables stay aligned with broader program goals.
  • Track risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and follow-up items, and escalate concerns proactively when needed.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support delivery, implementation planning, and readiness reviews.
  • Facilitate status meetings, cross-team coordination sessions, and implementation checkpoints.
  • Create concise, fact-based status updates, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting materials.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across data, governance, engineering, analytics, and business teams.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and ensure Jira and Confluence remain reliable sources of truth.
Skills
  • 8+ years of project management, technology delivery, PMO, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting banking or financial services initiatives, especially in data, analytics, governance, regulatory, risk, or modernization areas.
  • Background managing data-related projects such as data warehousing, data integration, ETL, data governance, reporting, or data management.
  • Strong hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking, reporting, collaboration, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong organization, planning, follow-through, and accountability skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to share updates clearly with varied stakeholder groups.
  • Working knowledge of data governance concepts such as data quality, data lineage, metadata management, and critical data elements.
  • Experience working in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills
  • PMP certification.
  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data and analytics organizations.
  • Exposure to enterprise data platforms such as Alation, Google Cloud Platform, or BigQuery.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with lending, collateral management, and regulatory reporting.
