The Role • Support the planning of architecturally sophisticated construction projects for private, corporate, or public clients. • Assist with the design and conceptualization of projects, considering aesthetic, artistic, and sociological aspects. • Contribute to the creation of building plans and detailed construction documentation. • Coordinate and monitor construction companies, ensuring quality, cost control, and adherence to schedules. • Document the construction progress. What You'll Need • (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational degree, or state-certified technician/business administrator qualifications. • Proof of German language skills at B2 level. • Readiness to complete an aptitude test. • A passion for the process of building construction. • Interest in urban planning, landscape design, and the economic/political aspects of architectural design. • Strong mathematical skills and spatial reasoning abilities. • Artistic and well-expressed design skills, along with manual dexterity.
