About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying, appointing, and activating Authorized Persons (APs) to expand our distribution network. This role will play a key part in driving regional growth and strengthening Jainam's market presence. You will collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and activation of APs while achieving acquisition targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and appoint new Authorized Persons (APs)
- Complete onboarding formalities and documentation as per compliance norms
- Achieve monthly and quarterly AP acquisition targets
- Ensure newly appointed APs are activated within defined timelines
- Support APs in initial client acquisition and account opening
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in sales/business development within BFSI/Capital Markets
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of broking distribution model and AP structure
- Proven track record in channel acquisition
- Target-driven with strong negotiation and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and drive regional expansion
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in stock broking or financial services industry
- Strong local market knowledge
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build long-term business relationships
