Our client, a leading name in the commodities space, is seeking a seasoned Head of Power Analysis to join their London-based team on a permanent basis. This is a senior leadership role where you will shape the analytical vision across UK and European power markets, partnering closely with multiple stakeholders and divisions. You will be joining our client's team at a pivotal time, helping to drive commercial insight and strategic decision-making in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Skills & Experience

• UK and European Power Markets Experience - Deep understanding of market structures, pricing drivers and regulatory frameworks across key power markets.
• Fundamental Analysis - Proven ability to build and interpret supply/demand, capacity, and price models to generate actionable trading and investment views.
• Macro Analysis - Capability to assess macroeconomic trends and policy developments and translate them into power market implications.
• Commodities / Power Products Knowledge - Strong familiarity with power and related commodities products to support trading, risk and commercial teams.
• Stakeholder & Cross-Division Management - Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and coordinating across divisions to align analytical output with business priorities.
• Collaborative & Entrepreneurial Mindset - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
