This employer is seeking a highly collaborative Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to join their production support team. The Role

• Provide production support for Oracle Supply Chain Suite ERP, collaborating with business users and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze problems, coordinate fixes, and deliver system enhancements in partnership with functional leads, developers, and support peers.
• Act as a knowledge-sharing resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues.
• Participate in team discussions, incident reviews, and problem-solving sessions to ensure high-quality support outcomes.
• Utilize SQL and data analysis for root cause analysis and to inform team decisions.
• Contribute ideas and best practices for process improvement and system support.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong implementation and production support experience with Oracle R12 SCM, specifically Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP).
• Functional knowledge across Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Cost Management, and Finance modules.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience in a team-based support environment, guiding others and sharing best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and business teams.
