Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients' financial goals and protection needs.
• Recommend suitable life insurance, savings, retirement, child education, and wealth creation solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Generate business through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and personal contacts.
• Provide ongoing policy servicing and annual financial reviews.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations.
• Participate in regular training programs and product updates.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Basic financial knowledge and interest in personal finance.
• Experience in insurance, banking, investments, sales, customer service, or financial advisory is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage professional goals effectively.
