They are looking for an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their Service, Maintenance and Repair division and deliver exceptional service directly to customers at their locations. The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services to customers at their homes or workplaces. • Manage your own stock, perform reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication. • Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on light vehicles. • Represent the company with pride, providing advice and building rapport with customers. • Work independently, making sound judgments to resolve issues effectively for each customer. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician across a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • The ability to think on your feet and provide excellent customer service.
