Job Description

Westgold Resources is shaping the future of gold mining in Western Australia. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who shares our vision of building a sustainable and profitable major Australian gold business.

Permanent, full-time role with competitive salary and benefits 2:2 Even Time Roster! FIFO, DIDO or residential (Kambalda / Kalgoorlie) Modern camp and a growing WA gold producer

The Role

Support maintenance and underground operations in a fast-paced mining environment, ensuring workforce coordination, compliance and reporting run smoothly:

  • Manage flights, accommodation, mobilisation and site access
  • Prepare daily workforce, production and safety reports
  • Support maintenance planning, scheduling and work orders
  • Administer onboarding, compliance and workforce records in INX
  • Assist with hazard, incident and inspection reporting
  • Provide day-to-day operational and stakeholder support

Ideal for an organised administrator who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys being at the centre of site operations.

What You'll Need
  • WA Manual C-Class Licence
  • 3-5+ years site admin experience (mining/remote)
  • Pronto experience
  • INX systems experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with rosters, mobilisation and scheduling
  • Ability to manage competing priorities on site
  • Strong communication skills and team-focused attitude
