Interview Format	Webcasting (Candidate must be on camera)

Qualification 1: 84 months experience with J2EE technologies including JDBC, JSP and XML.
Qualification 2: 84 months experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE''s, such as Eclipse, Netbeans, or IntelliJ.
Qualification 3: 84 months experience using J2EE based Application Servers such as Websphere, WebLogic, TomCat, JBoss etc.
Qualification 4: 84 months of IBM DB2 experience working with DB2 databases and XML schemas (definition, querying and automated generation).
Qualification 5: 60 months experience in performance tuning applications interacting with databases.
Qualification 6: 60 months of experience in messaging technologies, such as MQ, JMS, Kafka.
Qualification 7: 84 months of experience in system analysis and design of multi-tiered transactional systems.
Qualification 8: 48 months experience with Real Property Tax (e.g. valuation, assessments and exemptions).
Qualification 9: 24 months experience programming multi-tier ColdFusion web applications using Dreamweaver or CF Builder IDE and deployed in a CF9 or greater UNIX environment and with Sybase RDMS.
