Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience with analyzing cross functional requirements.
• Understanding of Call Center IVR / Agentic AI based applications.
• Experience translating high level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture.
• Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Understanding of Agentic AI Evals.
• Experience with healthcare applications and business processes is preferred.
• Understanding of Voice / Chat AI Agents is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze cross functional requirements.
• Translate high level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture.
