Senior Product Manager

A rapidly growing technology organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Phoenix, AZ team. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work schedule. The organization develops and supports large-scale software platforms used by government agencies and commercial customers while building new cloud-based applications that serve millions of users. The environment includes modern web applications, enterprise software solutions, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional development teams.
This role offers the opportunity to help shape a newly established software product organization focused on building new digital products from the ground up. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience managing software products through the full lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Experience collaborating directly with software development teams
• Ability to manage multiple products, priorities, and stakeholders
• Strong communication and requirements-gathering skills
• Experience creating product roadmaps and prioritizing features
