The Role • Support the development, integration, testing, and sustainment of submarine systems. • Contribute to requirements development, test planning and execution, and post-delivery support. • Perform requirement mapping, verification, and validation activities. • Assist in troubleshooting system defects and emergent technical issues. • Provide engineering support, including analysis of CASREPs and naval messages. • Offer Technical Design Agent (TDA) Lead Systems Engineering support across submarine classes. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. • Proven experience with systems engineering processes, including requirements development and testing. • Familiarity with submarine systems, sonar systems, or defense-related programs is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
