In-Home Sales Representative

Pella Windows & Doors is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to drive residential window and door sales. In this role, you'll visit customers' homes, assess their needs, and present energy-efficient Pella solutions. Using consultative selling, you'll create proposals, close deals, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth installation. You'll manage leads, maintain CRM records, and deliver excellent customer service while representing Pella's values of integrity, craftsmanship, and innovation. Ongoing training, modern tools, and growth opportunities support your success in this field-based sales role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers to assess window and door needs
• Present Pella product options, features, and benefits tailored to each home
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using company pricing tools
• Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate measurements and installation details with operations and installation teams
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up on leads from showrooms, marketing, and referrals to build a strong pipeline
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Stay current on Pella product lines, building codes, and energy-efficiency standards
• Represent Pella's brand and values in homes and local community events
