Sr. BA(HUD) required for a Long Term Onsite position in New York City, NY

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in HUD regulations and the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of handson HCV experience and a strong background in process analysis, compliance, and datadriven decisionmaking.

      It is a Long Term Onsite Project at New York City, NY.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HCV program operations, workflows, and data to improve efficiency and compliance
• Interpret HUD regulations and translate requirements into business and system changes
• Develop business requirements, process maps, and documentation
• Support implementation of HUD initiatives (HOTMA, NSPIRE, SEMAP updates)
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor program performance
• Collaborate with program, IT, and vendor teams to ensure accurate system configuration

 Requirements

·         8+ years of direct experience with HUD’s HCV Program

·         Strong knowledge of HUD regulations, and Section 8 HCV operations

·         Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering

·         Familiarity with housing systems (Yardi, Emphasys, Tenmast) and HUD tools (PIC/EIV)

·         Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
