DevOps Engineer

The DevOps Engineer will leverage their technical background to help deliver automation and big data analytics for the IC community. You will be trained in DevOps and work alongside a collaborative team of Software Developers, Systems Development Engineers, Network Engineers, and Data Engineers to develop unique software that enables customer networks to safely operate at scale.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and provision AWS resources including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM roles, and VPC configurations to support scalable architecture
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using GitLab and GitHub
• Run routine vulnerability scans, apply patches, and update cloud and physical infrastructures to ensure security compliance
• Design and maintain Kubernetes and EKS clusters to ensure high availability and productivity for the development team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure complete and functional systems that meet all requirements
• Recommend, and when approved, implement process and policy improvements

Requirements

• TS/SCI FSP Clearance
• 10+ years' experience with DevOps, front end development or full stack development
• Experience with Bash scripting
• Experience working within AWS (Amazon Web Services) environments
• Experience working with Linux administration and systems design
• Experience creating CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with network documentation including security compliance, configuration management, and patching
