The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs directly to customers at their location.
• Manage your own stock, conduct vehicle checks, and maintain accurate reporting.
• Represent the company on driveways and in car parks, embodying a customer-centric approach.
• Adapt to a varied daily workload, tackling different fixes and challenges.
• Utilize provided tools, diagnostic equipment, and a company van for all operations.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers, offering advice and solutions.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with light vehicles.
• A clean UK driving license with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
• Ability to manage workflow and work independently in a mobile setting.
