SAP MDM IDMC Manager

Position: Program Manager - SAP MDM
Location: Fremont , CA- Remote USA

Mandatory Skills: Delivery, scope, risk, escalations; go-live ownership
  
12+ years in data management delivery, 5+ leading MDM programmes on SAP transformation projects. 
Owns end-to-end delivery of the IDMC workstream for the S/4HANA go-live (Aug 2027): scope, schedule, risk, dependencies and escalations across LMV, SAP, BTP and infrastructure teams. 
Leads the gated transition from the incumbent (KT exit criteria, run book sign-off). 
Chairs weekly delivery review; represents at monthly steering; owns the CR pipeline with declared schedule impact per change and the churn dashboard. 
Accountable for milestone gates M1–M9, cutover execution and hypercare exit. 
Strong client-facing presence; experience managing onsite/offshore teams of 10+; SOW/commercial governance experience essential.
