Job Description

We are looking for Marketing Manager - Partnerships for our client in Tucson AZ.

Job Title: Marketing Manager - Partnerships

Job Location: Tucson AZ

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $64.00hr - $69.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years of marketing, business, sales or related business experience or equivalent work experience in the healthcare industry.
  • 5+ years in Healthcare marketing, diagnostics or pharmaceuticals; strong preference for candidates with marketing experience in both fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Marketing lead for potential pharmaceutical partnerships within Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS).
  • Own the partnership with PHCS and pharma, development of strategies and marketing campaigns, and marketing execution across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global and business development teams to identify, prioritize, and execute potential commercial partnerships.
  • Represent diagnostic customers and patients to make strategic long-term decisions based on market and customer insights.
  • Gather Voice of Customer across the market to help make informed decisions on future partnership opportunities.
  • Present strategy, recommendations, and proposals to partners and internal teams to refine approaches and align all stakeholders.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics for partnerships to lead seamless product launches and growth of in-scope biomarker tests.
  • Collaborate on or create partnership marketing campaigns, working closely with high medical value assay marketers.
  • Develop reusable marketing frameworks and processes to drive long-term efficiency and success with future partnerships.
  • Partner with Clinical Marketing teams focused on key high medical value disease areas.

  • Past experience in development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns with clear successful outcomes and business growth.
  • Strong customer orientation, with the ability to set clear priorities and focus on what matters most to the customer and patient.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools.
